Opportunities : Visual and Motion Graphic Designer

Location : Mumbai

At least one year of experience as a visual designer and motion artist. The person should have very strong conceptualization skills, visual sense & aesthetics. He should be able to work on multiple types of visual design projects and motion graphic projects as and when required. He should come up with original ideas and solutions to specific problems faced by the client. He should have good communication skills and the ability to multi-task. The person should have the proper understanding of client instruction and ideate independently whenever required.

**Qualifications**:
Degree in a related discipline with 1 year of experience

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work as an integral part of the growth team, and actively contribute to designing key assets (creatives, website, blogs, Videos) which would be a part of marketing.
- Understand the brief from the stakeholders and transform them to tangible designs.
- Demonstrate solid conceptual, visualization, and communication skills during all phases of creative development from an idea to delivery.
- Understand the customer and design persona-based assets. Good analytical skills in marketing management.

**SKILLS**:

- 1+ years of demonstrated graphic and motion graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in Animation software - After Effects is preferred.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
