**Role Overview**:
This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills [Gujarati, Hindi], a strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in the tea industry. We seek a proactive and enthusiastic Salesperson to undertake a one-month survey of tea stalls in Anand District (Gujarat). The demonstrate the willpower and dedication necessary to represent our brand effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with tea stall owners and potential clients.
- Utilize persuasive communication skills to promote KamalPrakash Tea products.
- Address client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

**Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of survey results, client interactions, and market observations.

**Field Survey**:

- Conduct a comprehensive survey of tea stalls and Retail Outlets or Shops across Anand District to gather data and insights.
- Engage with stall owners and customers to understand their preferences, feedback, and market trends.
- Analyse survey results and provide detailed reports on findings.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- Prior experience in sales or market research is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of tea products and the tea industry is an advantage.
- Education : Required who has Real expreince Sales Executive Exprience or Fresher Graduate.
