**Craft captivating visuals and stories to showcase our innovative Fitness brand, products, and solutions at KOMPAN.**

As part of our Editorial & Creative team, you’ll be pivotal in producing high-impact content (film, photography, and graphic design) that drives interest and inspires action. Working closely with specialists across global and local markets, you’ll lead the charge in creating compelling content that empowers our sales and marketing teams to shine.

From photoshoots and films to graphic productions, you will take charge of the creative process - from concept to execution - to ensure our content resonates with our segmented audiences. In this role, you’ll be both leading and hands-on in producing internal and external content, as well as managing freelancers and production partners to deliver impactful, high-quality results on schedule.

Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to:

- Offer guidance and support to local market teams in their media production efforts.
- Optimize and refine content assets to ensure it delivers the best outcomes.
- Keep a finger on the pulse of industry trends to inject the latest practices into KOMPAN’s creative media production.
- Lead workshops and training for local teams to strengthen creative production skills and maintain global alignment.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, working especially closely with internal marketing colleagues and our local marketeers in creating best-in-class storytelling around our KOMPAN Fitness brand, solutions and products.

**What we’re looking for**

The visionary Creative Content Producer we’re seeking holds a degree in media production, film, design, communication, or a related field, with at least three years of experience creating visual content for both local and international markets.

Your creative skills are polished, preferably in Adobe Creative Cloud, and you’re well-versed in concept development, research, and the nuts and bolts of bringing media projects to life. Strong planning and organizational skills are a must.

- Strong communication skills in Danish and fluent English.
- Project management chops and ability to guide creative processes.
- Experience in catering to diverse market needs while maintaining brand cohesion.
- Passion for raising the bar on KOMPAN Fitness brand’s visual storytelling.

You will be part of the Editorial & Creative team within Group Marketing and refer to the Head of Editorial and Creative, Mathias Starklint.
