**Job Summary**: We are seeking a reliable and organized O ce Sta to join our team. The O ce

Sta will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our daily operations. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

Order and maintain o ce supplies and equipment

Assist with document preparation and data entry

Coordinate travel arrangements and reservations

Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning

Maintain accurate records and files

Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft O ce Suite and other o ce software

**Job Summary**:We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketer with graphic design and video editing skills to join our team. The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive website tra c, and generate leads. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in graphic design and video editing software.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Design and create visual assets such as graphics, images, and videos for digital marketing campaigns

Develop and manage social media accounts, including creating and posting content, managing ad campaigns, and engaging with followers

Analyze data to measure the e ectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements

Collaborate with other team members, including writers, designers, and developers, to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the technology industry

Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite or

Canva
