- Responsible for up keep and good housekeeping of Utilities area.
- Responsible for tracking, monintoring consumption of Furnace Oil, High Speed Disel, Natural

Gas,Electricity on day to day basis.
- Responsible for Maintanin minimum inventory level / stock Furnace Oil, High Speed Disel also timely

information to procurement team for reordering and also ensure staturory complaince.
- Responsible for preparing preventive maintenance schedule as per OEM manuals for all Utilities / Fire

protection equipment’s.
- Responsible for prepare of Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) for operation and maintenance of all

utilities equipment.
- Responsible for preparing and maintaining availability of critical spears for utility equipment.
- Responsible for handling team of utilities Technicians as per shift requirements.
- Responsible for maintaining records of all maintenance work orders/ equipment history cards and carry

out RCA for all break downs / abnormalities in utility sections.
- Responsible for raising purchase requisitions for engineering items routine / non routine purchases.
- Responsible for verification of all bills related to utilities and forward the same to finance for timely

payments.
- Responsible for keeping all Utilities related P & IDs /drawings / lay outs updated by coordinating with

mechanical drafts man.
