Infrastructure Lead**Job Summary**:
The Level 3 Server Administrator is a senior technical resource responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise-level server infrastructure. This role involves handling escalated support issues, leading server-related projects, and ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security of server systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain physical and virtual server environments (Windows/Linux).
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve escalated issues from L1 and L2 support teams.
- Configure, maintain, and monitor server hardware, OS, and virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Ensure high availability, backup, and disaster recovery strategies are in place and regularly tested.
- Perform system tuning, optimization, and capacity planning.
- Automate routine server tasks using scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
- Document server configurations, procedures, and system changes.
- Lead server migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure projects.
- Monitor server logs and performance using tools such as Nagios, SolarWinds, or Zabbix.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file servers, and other core infrastructure services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in server administration.
- Strong expertise in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and/or Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS).
- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and enterprise DNS/DHCP.
- Experience with SAN/NAS storage systems and backup software (e.g., Veeam, Commvault).
- Proficient in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python optional).
- Relevant certifications such as MCSA/MCSE, RHCSA/RHCE, VMware VCP, or equivalent.

**Work Conditions**:
