Debt Recovery Agent

FOS agents with Basic communication skills in English
- Healthy mix of 50:50 for Fresher's & Experience Can be considered for this process
- Minimum eligibility criteria for FOS is 10+2(senior secondary)
- DRA Certified would be preferred but not Mandatory.
- PVC/FCU to be mandatorily completed
- Should have a minimum of 1+ years of field experience in a similar role in recovery
- Experience in deep bucket collection Wheel segment and commercial vehicle segment would be preferred but not mandatory
- Should stick to the Client app allocation that is assigned and visit are done as per the same
- Visit the customer and convince them to make the payment
- Capture the visit Feedback in Client Collection App
- Stick to the code of conduct values
- FOS will always display the ID card issued while doing the collection activity
- Deposition to be done as per the TAT defined

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
