Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in SAP Cloud or Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS), including implementation, support, and service delivery.
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture, including HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC), S/4HANA Cloud, and hybrid deployment models.
- Deep technical knowledge of SAP cloud operations, system migrations, and platform integration methodologies.
- SAP Certified Technology Associate (S/4HANA Cloud or ECP) certification is desirable.
- Experience in customer management, escalation handling, and operational governance in SAP cloud environments.

Essential SkillsTechnical Skills
- Expertise in SAP infrastructure management, Basis operations, system landscape design, and migration strategies across hybrid and multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Strong understanding of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), including integrations and extensions for ECP scenarios.
- Knowledge of automation, patch management, backup/recovery, and compliance for SAP-managed services.
- Familiarity with ITIL V4 processes, SAP Solution Manager (ALM), and enterprise-level monitoring tools.
- Proficiency in system performance optimization, disaster recovery, and database management for SAP cloud solutions.

Functional Skills
- Understanding SAP service models, SLA management, and continuous improvement processes for enterprise customers.
- Capable of leading customer onboarding, architecture reviews, and service transformation projects.
- Skilled in mapping technical services to business outcomes and ensuring cost optimization in cloud delivery models.

Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to interact with business and technical leadership teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and deliver under tight schedules in global environments.

Additional Skills (preferred)
- Certifications in cloud service providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud are beneficial.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices for SAP cloud operations.
- Knowledge of SAP security frameworks, compliance standards (GDPR, ISO 27001), and governance.
- Exposure to SAP Enterprise Cloud modernization, cost optimization, and AI-driven automation strategies.
