**Job Description: Lecturer in Physics For IIT/NEET Preparation**

**Location: Barnala, Punjab**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Curriculum Development: Design, implement, and continuously improve the Physics curriculum in alignment with CBSE standards, integrating modern teaching methodologies.
- Mentorship* Provide academic counseling and mentorship to students, encouraging their interest in Physics and guiding them in their academic and career pursuits.
- Laboratory Supervision: Oversee Physics laboratory activities, ensuring a safe and conducive environment for practical learning.
- Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest advancements in Physics and education methodologies.
- Extracurricular Activities: Contribute to the school's extracurricular programs, fostering a well-rounded educational experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Master's degree in Physics. A Ph.D. in Physics will be an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary or higher secondary level. Experience in a reputed CBSE-affiliated school is preferred.
