Iti Electrician

Job Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve electrical issues in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
- Read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical specifications to determine the layout and installation of electrical systems.
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical components, such as switches, outlets, circuit breakers, panels, motors, transformers, and lighting fixtures.
- Test electrical systems and equipment using testing devices, such as voltmeters, ammeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure proper functioning and compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with other team members, contractors, and clients to plan and execute electrical projects and installations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including inspections, repairs, and installations, and submit reports as required.
- Provide guidance and support to junior electricians or apprentices as needed.

Job Requirements:

- ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Electrical Trade or related field.
- 0-3 years of experience as an electrician in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
- Knowledge of electrical principles, codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment.
- Familiarity with electrical testing devices, such as voltmeters, ammeters, and oscilloscopes.
- Understanding of safety protocols and ability to follow them diligently.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks that may require lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
