**Job Title: Community Association Manager( Customer Service Representative )**
**Hours/Week: 40 hours**
**Shift Time Zone: PST**
**Shift Hours: 8pm: 5am**
**Shift Days: Monday: Friday**
**Job Location: Mohali**
**CTC: Negotiable**

VA Task: Oversee all matters related to the function of the community or homeowners’ association.

(HOA)
- Oversee Association's vendors.
- Coordinate projects
- Perform administrative and management duties as requested by the Board of Directors.
- Act as a liaison between the Board of Directors and residents
- Conducting Board Meetings
- Oversee procedural tasks on behalf of the HOA.
- Review periodic financial reports.
- Prepare Board packets and annual reports.
- Direct contact with homeowners
- Maintenance Coordination
- Admin tasks

**Application/ Software Required Knowledge**:

- Ring Central (Ideal, no previous knowledge required)
- AppFolio
- Microsoft Word and Excel

**Minimum requirements**:

- Experience Level: 2+ Years of experience working as an Customer Care Executive or Client Relationship role.

- Experience as coordinator or managing teams and projects.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
