**We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Executive/Manager**
Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive/Manager with 2 years of experience to join our growing team. If you are passionate about digital marketing and excited to drive user acquisition and growth through impactful digital campaigns management and operations, this role is for you. From crafting brand positioning to executing high-impact campaigns, you will take full ownership of digital marketing and lead generation across channels.
Key Responsibilities
⚪Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presences: monitor and analyze content success.
⚪Collaborate with internal teams to create advertisements, land pages and optimize user experience.
⚪Undertake campaigns for brand visibility and brand building.
⚪Developing and monitoring lead generation campaigns and their budgets.
⚪Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
⚪Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
⚪Working with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns
⚪Provide internal reports on a regular basis.
⚪Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
⚪Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimize campaigns. ⚪Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies.
⚪Evaluate emerging technologies.
⚪Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information.
⚪Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
**Skills & Abilities**:
- Demonstrated expertise and a strong enthusiasm for marketing across digital platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, facilitating the creation of clear, persuasive, and professional content tailored to the target audience.
- Proficient knowledge of paid advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing best practices, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, along with familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Suite, is an added advantage.
