**Job Summary**:
A Pharmacist in a clinic is responsible for dispensing medications accurately, providing expert advice on pharmaceutical care, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient treatment. The pharmacist acts as a bridge between doctors and patients, ensuring medication safety, regulatory compliance, and excellent service within the clinic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Dispense prescribed medications accurately and ensure correct dosages and instructions to patients.
- Review and interpret doctors' prescriptions, check for any drug incompatibilities, and consult with physicians as required.
- Counsel patients on the correct use, side effects, storage, and potential drug interactions of their medications.
- Maintain accurate records of medication inventory, prescriptions, and controlled substances in compliance with Indian pharmacy laws.
- Conduct wellness screenings, provide immunizations, and support preventive healthcare initiatives when required.
- Monitor patient drug therapies and report/advice on potential side effects, adverse reactions, or medication errors.
- Manage stock by ordering medicines, tracking expiration dates, and removing expired or damaged drugs from inventory.
- Ensure the pharmacy area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety and regulatory standards.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in pharmaceuticals, therapies, and best practices in pharmacy operations.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and clinic staff for medication management and to develop optimal treatment plans for patients.
- Assist patients in identifying over-the-counter solutions for minor health concerns and educate them on healthy practices.
- Carry out administrative tasks as needed, including report generation, billing, and assisting with audits.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration/license to practice as a pharmacist in India as per local/state pharmacy councils.
- 1-3 years of experience as a pharmacist, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceuticals, prescriptions, medical terminologies, and regulatory standards in India.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and provide outstanding service to patients and healthcare staff.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in clinical practices, patient counseling, and medication therapy management.
- Up-to-date knowledge of new drugs and clinical procedures.
- Proficiency in local languages for effective patient counseling.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
