**We are hiring a Project supervisor**

**Salary - 20,000 to 30,000**

**Educational Qualification:

- Graduation/Diploma/Any specialization course in Management**

**Location - Wadala**

**Full time Job (6 Months Contract)**

**Responsibility:

- **
- **Managing daily operations**: Supervisors monitor and check staff performance levels, ensuring that work is carried out within set deadlines, budget, and quality standards
- **Working with other divisions**: Supervisors collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure efficient and effective operations
- **Project management**: Supervisors often plan projects, establish project objectives, and ensure that they are carried out successfully
- **Offering assistance and feedback**: Supervisors provide team members with feedback on performance
- **Reporting to upper management**: Supervisors often prepare and present reports to upper management on team performance, progress, and issues

**Communication Skills**: The ability to communicate concisely, clearly, and effectively, orally and in writing
- **Problem-solving Skills**: The ability to recognize issues and find solutions quickly
- **Organisational Skill**: Ability to properly manage time and resources and set project priorities
- **Technical Proficiency**: A thorough knowledge of the relevant industry and the technical abilities needed to carry out the task
- **Performance Management**: Setting performance objectives, assessing performance, and giving team members feedback

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
