Job description

**Responsibilities**:

- Teach computer programming concepts, including COBOL and other related technologies.
- Design and deliver lesson plans that align with curriculum requirements.
- Evaluate and assess students' performance through assignments, tests, and projects.
- Provide hands-on guidance and support to students in practical sessions.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in programming and software development.
- Participate in departmental activities, faculty meetings, and curriculum improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in BTech (CSE) or any related fields.
- Basic knowledge of COBOL programming language.
- Familiarity with foundational programming concepts and coding practices.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in teaching or training (preferred but not mandatory).

- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and clear manner.
