**Job Title**: Housekeeping Associate
**Location**: Wedcation by Tivoli
**Department**: Housekeeping
**Reports To**: Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall ambiance of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities to ensure a high standard of hospitality and guest satisfaction at **Wedcation by Tivoli**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean and arrange guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas following hotel standards.
- Replenish linens, towels, and amenities as required.
- Ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness of assigned areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Follow proper handling and usage of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Maintain housekeeping carts and supplies in an orderly manner.
- Assist in laundry operations as needed.
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests professionally.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Prior experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel environment, is an advantage.
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.

**Employment Type**: Full-time
