Warehouse Incharge

**Role**:
The Garments Warehouse Incharge is responsible for managing and overseeing all operations within the garment warehouse, including inventory control, stock management, timely dispatch/receiving, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and maintaining the overall efficiency and organization of the warehouse.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Inventory Management**
- Maintain accurate records of all stock (raw materials, finished garments, trims, accessories).
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile with system records.
- Monitor stock levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.

**2. Receiving and Dispatching Goods**
- Ensure proper checking and documentation of goods received from suppliers or production units.
- Supervise loading and unloading of garments and materials.
- Plan and execute dispatches in coordination with production, sales, or logistics teams.

**3. Warehouse Organization**
- Ensure systematic storage and bin management for easy identification and retrieval.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse premises.
- Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) or LIFO (Last In, First Out) as required.

**4. Documentation and Reporting**
- Maintain all warehouse documents (GRN, delivery notes, stock reports).
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock status and warehouse performance.
- Use ERP or warehouse management systems for real-time tracking and record-keeping.

**5. Team Management**
- Supervise and guide warehouse staff (helpers, pickers, packers).
- Conduct regular training on warehouse operations, safety, and handling procedures.
- Monitor attendance, work performance, and discipline.

**6. Coordination and Communication**
- Coordinate with production, procurement, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow.
- Communicate delays or discrepancies promptly to the concerned departments.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
