**Job Title: Maths and Physics Teacher**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver structured lessons in **Mathematics and Physics** based on **CIA, ICSE, or CBSE** curriculum standards.
- Develop interactive and engaging lesson plans to cater to diverse learning needs.
- Conduct regular assessments, assignments, and examinations to evaluate student progress.
- Utilize modern teaching tools, including digital platforms and practical experiments, to enhance learning.
- Provide extra academic support and mentorship to students when needed.
- Maintain a well-disciplined and encouraging classroom environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
- Stay updated with the latest curriculum developments and teaching best practices.
- Participate in departmental meetings, training programs, and school events.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Mathematics, Physics, Education, or a related field**.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-6 of teaching experience in an institution following **CIA, ICSE, or CBSE curricula**.
- Familiarity with the syllabus, examination patterns, and assessment criteria of CIA, ICSE, or CBSE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in integrating **technology and digital tools** into teaching.
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Teaching certification such as **B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent** is an advantage.
- Experience preparing students for **board exams (ICSE/CBSE) or Cambridge IGCSE/A-Level exams**.
- Hands-on experience with **STEM-based teaching methodologies**.
