**What you will do**:

- We are looking for passionate, talented Graphic Designer at WinZO, who will ideate, design and execute digital campaigns, (Facebook, YouTube, Google), print design (leaflets BTL).
- You will be working in a fast-paced environment which will require you to take initiatives with complete ownership, manage multiple projects, and drive execution with stakeholders.

**What you should have**:

- Bachelor's in Applied Arts, Design or Visual Arts is mandatory
- Strong, Appealing and Clean visual design sense.
- Fluent with design softwares like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere.
- Must be a creative thinker to solve the problem and design effectively for the end consumer.
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer in Design Agency, Social Agency or at an in-house design team.
- 5+ years of work experience as a Designer Passionate about creativity and communication across multiple touchpoints.
- Work in collaboration in a team to understand the briefs/ strategies and execute them effectively. These creative checklists generally include but are not limited to Brand Guideline, Brand and Marketing collaterals, development of both performance marketing and digital campaigns.
- Social Media content in line with a brand’s design language that is not only great looking but easy to understand.
- Possess great conceptual skills, sense of design, colors, layout, typography, different font families and hierarchy in typography, photography.
Additional knowledge of video editing is a plus.
- Able to marry image, design, and copy seamlessly.
- Keen to follow latest design trends in visual, digital, and graphic design with an excellent eye for detail.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand guidelines.
- Work with copywriters and creative head to produce final design
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
- Have the capability to operate independently and efficiently with increased levels of self-initiative
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects.
- Drive projects and initiatives, end-to-end.
- Familiarity with the digital ecosystem & social media platforms.
- A strong focus on ‘getting things done’ at lightning speed Proficiency in spoken English.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to build good working relationships.
