**About Team**:
The Backup Team is responsible for administrating & managing the entire backup environment in the Data centers of FIS for its Customers.

Primary Skill - Avamar, Data Domain, Networker,

Secondary Skill - Commvault, NetBackup

Shift rotation and can include weekends

**What you will be doing**:
The responsibilities for the team members include (but not limited to)
- Monitoring the backup environment for the regular operations,
- Performance management of the environment,
- Providing support to any technical issues which may be experienced,
- Work with Various teams for any support needs,
- Liaison with vendors for the technical issues/ escalations
- Perform the changes as required in the environment, in line with the change management policies,
- Fulfilling the backup & restore requests received from customers of multiple platforms, business and geographies,
- Working with project management team for the implementation of the new servers in the environment,
- Providing the Disaster Recovery Support for the backup environment,

**What you Bring**:

- 3-6 yrs experience working in a Systems administration (Windows/Unix Skills),
- Working knowledge with multiple backup technologies (Avamar, Data Domain, Networker, CommVault, TSM, NetBackup, or any other backup technology),
- Awareness to ITIL framework & concepts,
- Excellent customer service skills,
- Good Analytical skills,
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills,
- Ready to work in 24x7 environment in rotational shifts,
- Willingness to go beyond for support,

**Added bonus if you have**:

- Knowledge of **FIS’ products and services**:

- Knowledge of financial services industry
- Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
