**Job Description: IT Client Support
- Flutter (Night Shift)**

**Role Overview**:
The IT Client Support (Night Shift) role involves providing technical assistance and resolving IT-related issues for clients during night hours. The individual will ensure seamless system operations, maintain client satisfaction, and troubleshoot technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proficient in Flutter development with 2+ years of experience
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Monitor IT systems and proactively address alerts or potential issues.
- Document all client interactions and solutions in the ticketing system.
- Follow up with clients to ensure issues are fully resolved.
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain high customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure during night shifts.

**Additional Information**:

- Shift timings: 9 PM to 6 AM (or as per company requirements).
- Exposure to international client support is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
