**Job Summary**:
A Factory Carpenter is responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials. This role involves working with a variety of tools and machinery to ensure the production of high-quality products that meet the factory’s specifications and standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Reading and Interpreting Blueprints**: Understand and follow detailed plans and drawings to execute projects accurately.
- **Material Selection**: Choose appropriate materials based on project requirements, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- **Cutting and Shaping Materials**: Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to cut, shape, and smooth lumber and other materials.
- **Assembly and Installation**: Construct and install frameworks, such as partitions, joists, stud work, and other wooden structures.
- **Maintenance and Repairs**: Perform regular maintenance and repairs on existing structures and fixtures within the factory.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets the factory’s standards and specifications.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a carpenter, preferably in a factory or industrial setting.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using carpentry tools and machinery, including saws, hammers, and measuring devices.
- **Blueprint Reading**: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail to ensure precision in measurements and construction.
- **Physical Stamina**: Good physical condition and endurance to handle the demands of the job.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during construction or installation.
- **Communication**: Good communication skills to collaborate with other team members and supervisors.

**Education and Training**:

- **High School Diploma**: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
- **Apprenticeship**: Completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program is highly desirable.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications in carpentry or construction may be beneficial.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
