**Job Description - Roles & Responsibilities**
- Deliver structured badminton coaching sessions for primary to senior school students
- Develop tailored training plans and monitor student progress
- Organize school-level and inter-school badminton tournaments
- Instill discipline, sportsmanship, and teamwork among students
- Maintain and manage badminton equipment and facilities
- Collaborate with the Sports Department for school-wide sports planning
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or any relevant field (preferred)
- Professional certification or formal training in Badminton coaching (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of coaching experience in a school or professional sports environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for student development and excellence in sports
