- **Job Title: Psychologist - In-House**_
- **Responsibilities and Duties**:_
- Perform regular quality checks and audits to ensure the effectiveness, consistency, and appropriateness of psychological services provided.
- Revamp and update existing mental health programs and resources to align with current best practices and patient's needs.
- Analyze feedback from users regarding the mental health services and implement improvements based on this feedback.
- Develop and maintain quality standards for psychological consultations and interventions.
- **Requirements**:_
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Licensed or certified as a Psychologist in [State].
- Proven experience in counseling or clinical psychology, preferably in a workplace setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience in quality analysis and program evaluation is preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in developing and implementing mental health programs in a corporate environment.
- Certification in specialized areas of psychology, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, or trauma-informed care.
- Knowledge of human resources practices and employee assistance programs (EAP).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
