Job Description:
A leading hospital in Sanand, Ahmedabad is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate

care to patients, supervising junior nurses, and participating in the development and

implementation of patient care plans.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital

signs, and assisting with activities of daily living
- Supervise and mentor junior nurses, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and

implement patient care plans
- Keep accurate and complete patient medical records and documentation
- Stay current with nursing and medical developments and advancements, and attend

continuing education as needed
- Respond to patient call signals and alarms, and provide emergency care as

necessary
- Provide emotional support and counselling to patients and their families

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current nursing licence in good standing
- Proven experience as a Senior Nurse in a hospital setting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide empathy to patients
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
