Company Description

UNIFY Dots is a global technology and software solutions company specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 based solutions. We are seeking a Project Operations Coordinator for ERP Software Projects. Note that this is position is for someone having about 2-3 years of relevant work experience and the compensation is commensurate with that experience level.

**Job Description**:
Project Operations Responsibilities
- Attending daily project delivery meetings
- Maintaining and updating a Microsoft Project Plan
- Assist with compiling presentations
- Prepare project status reports and distribute them
- Issue Triage and assignment of issues to individuals
- Track action items and send reminders internally and to the clients
- Schedule Meetings
- Escalate items for action as required
- Data entry as and when needed
- Other tasks as required

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Power Point Excel
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project is desired but not mandatory
- Communication: Good verbal and written English-language communication skills
- Sharp analytical skills
- Knowledge of calendar management in Outlook
