Responsibilities:

- Research and development for blogs, animal updates, articles, internal newsletter and other written communication reports.
- Developing key collaterals and communication tools for Wildlife SOS.
- Develop quality content for social media platforms.
- Conceptualizing and research for press releases and monitoring news from print & broadcast media.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with journalists and external agencies.
- Garnering new media contacts on a monthly basis.
- To assist the existing fundraising; education team in Bangalore & Agra.
- Establish strong communication link with photo / video-graphers at all projects
- Where necessary you will support the Events; PR Manager and Media Manager in the preparation of Media Releases, content for event invitations and collaterals and other information to support these functions.
- To assist in create content for press releases and press stories.
- Respond to audience and press queries by understanding inquiry.
- Coordinating with Delhi & Agra rescue teams for regular rescue updates.
- Actively participate in relevant organizational meetings and events.
- Participating in relevant events including exhibitions, awareness programs etc.
- Get photos and updates on projects & updates from concerned centers and teams.
- Any other activities, assignments or general administrative duties (filing, phone calls, coordinating) as requested by the team.

**Skills**:

- Graduate/postgraduate in mass media or communications for development OR Social Work Graduate with interest/passion for Communications.
- 1-2 years experience in Communications or journalism role.
- Excellent speaking skills Confident in speaking to small or large groups of people
- Excellent writing skills (English) and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Hindi & English both written and verbal.
- A detail-oriented person.
- Ability to work in a team, under pressure to meet deadlines
- Have a flexible approach to work
- An understanding of the Media and Digital platforms.
- Diligent Worker
- Ability to Multitask and handle a variety of projects at once
- Ability to work on their own to drive projects through to completion
- Be comfortable to work on field as and when required.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
