- **Laboratory Work**: Supervise and guide students in hands-on activities and experiments to enhance conceptual clarity through lab work.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain discipline, create a positive learning environment, and address the diverse learning needs of students.
- **Parent Communication**: Coordinate with parents during PTMs and through regular updates regarding students’ academic performance and behavior.
- **School Activities**: Actively participate in academic and co-curricular activities, workshops, and staff meetings as assigned by the school administration.
