**Job description**

As an Jr. SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing effective SEO strategies to increase website traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance online visibility. You will work closely with our marketing, content, and web development teams to achieve optimal results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
- Analyze and optimize website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Develop SEO-friendly content and collaborate with the content team to create engaging and optimized copy.
- Monitor and report on key SEO performance metrics and KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, ensuring that the company’s digital presence is always aligned with current algorithms and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO strategies align with overall marketing objectives.
- Perform technical SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
- Experience using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in keyword research, competitive analysis, and link-building strategies.
- Experience with technical SEO audits and optimization (site speed, mobile-friendliness, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- A proactive, results-driven attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with local SEO strategies.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (CMS).
- Familiarity with Google Ads and paid search marketing.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
