**Job Title**:Statutory Auditor**

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra Experience: 2 - 5 Years

Industry: Audit / Financial Services

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform statutory audits as per applicable accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS / Companies Act, etc.).
- Review financial statements, accounting records, and supporting documentation.
- Identify audit risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Prepare audit reports and findings for management and stakeholders.
- Assist in internal controls assessment and process improvements.
- Liaise with clients’ finance teams to resolve queries and discrepancies.
- Support audit planning, execution, and closure activities within timelines.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting and auditing standards.

**Qualifications**:

- CA / CMA / MBA Finance / B.Com with relevant experience.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in statutory audit or assurance services.
- Strong knowledge of statutory reporting and accounting principles.
- Experience with audit tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and integrity.
