- **Responsibilities and Duties**
- Interviewing and testing job seekers.
- Building relationships with employees and job seekers.
- Understanding the JD and working upon the company needs.
- Scheduling for the interview.
- Conduct Joining & Exit formalities.
- Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management)
- Leaves and Attendance Management
- Should have to deal with Employee Engagement
- Should follow company policies and ensure the same pass on to other levels of hierarchy.
- Maintaining Database/Payroll

**Key Skills**
- Must have recruitment experience in SEO field/Digital Marketing.
- Must have experience in taking face to face interview.
- Must have used job portals like Naukri, indeed and Linkedin.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- MBA in HR is a must.
- Good communication skill in English
