**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Building and maintaining **strong relationships with clients**

Providing expert advice on company products and services

Identifying opportunities for clients to benefit from new products or services

Resolving issues and concerns promptly and effectively

Collaborating with other departments to ensure excellent customer service

Meeting for client retention, growth, and cross-selling.

**Education**:
Degree in finance, business administration, economics, or related field

**Experience**:
1 Year More than Relevant experience in Stock-Broking or financial services industry is a plus

Good understanding of the stock market, trading, and investment products

**Skills**:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients

Strong customer service orientation

Ability to analyse market trends and offer insights to clients

Result-oriented mindset

**Required: NISM Derivative Series 8 Mandatory**
