**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Beautician to join our team. As a Beautician, you will provide exceptional beauty services, including skin care, hair removal, and nail care treatments. Your expertise in beauty techniques and ability to offer personalized customer service will contribute to creating an unforgettable experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide consultations to clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate treatments and beauty services.
- Recommend beauty products based on clients' skin and hair types.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment and tools are sanitized and ready for use.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing client bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of client services and preferences.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and salon policies.
- Upsell additional services and beauty products to clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and tact.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a beautician or in a similar role.
- Proficient in performing a wide range of beauty treatments.
- Knowledge of the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of precision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Good customer service skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with advanced beauty treatments such as microblading, eyelash extensions, or advanced facials.
- Knowledge of skin care products and treatments for various skin types.
- Sales experience and ability to meet service and product sales targets.
