**Job description**We are now looking to expand our talent community with qualified Digital Marketing Specialists to work as contractors for Upstack s clients. You will work with different teams, mostly in software development companies, to coordinate the marketing, media tools and online advertising activities.
**What you must have**
- Previous work experience in marketing domain - above 3 years
- Proven work experience to creatively handle various online marketing tools, like websites, podcasts and blogs;
- Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Audacity or other media editing software
- Experience working with most of the tools: Google Analytics, Hubspot, Facebook/Instagram and Linkedin Ads, Hootsuite, Mixpanel, Segment, Branch, etc;
**What is preferred**
- The know-how into leading the marketing efforts using new media and digital tools.
- The ability to promote the company or product and increase client engagement.
**What you should be able to demonstrate**
- Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
- Manage end-to-end digital projects
- Establish the product s web presence to boost brand awareness
- Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
- Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
- Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
- Monitor ROI and KPIs
- Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
