**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of diverse learners.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation skills through interactive and immersive methods.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Use a variety of teaching materials and resources to enhance lessons.
- Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel comfortable participating.
- Prepare students for language proficiency exams, if applicable.
- Encourage cultural understanding through discussions about German culture, history, and current events.

**Qualifications**:

- Native or near-native proficiency in German.
- Bachelor's degree in German, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Teaching certification or relevant qualifications (e.g., DaF, TEFL, TESOL) is preferred.
- Previous experience teaching German to non-native speakers is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and levels.
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and online teaching platforms (for remote or hybrid teaching).
