**Job Description**:
Personality traits
- Self-starter, motivated person who does not need active supervision.
- Willing to take initiatives, make suggestions etc.

- Not a clock watcher.

Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) and Google docs, sheets, drive, etc.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong planning skills
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- Has to be any graduate with any other degrees in addition.

Requirements/Qualifications:

- Serve as the point person for office / facility administrator duties
- Organize the office layout and keep a track of stationery consumption and equipment
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware)
- Liaise with facility management vendor on all facility related activities, Security, cafeteria management and housekeeping.
- Developing, Managing, and driving daily requirements within the planned/approved budget for the entire facility.
- Dealing with any escalations if any with regards to provisioning of any kind of facilities requirements.
- Timely reviewing quality standard of food served in Cafeteria and comparing with agreed standards. Providing feedback to the vendors for the quality of food served.
- Raising PR/PO / E-sign for facility related expenses. Interface with finance department to raise billing / invoicing and follow up with the Finance team for the payments.
- Vendor coordination, liaising with government authorities, as and when required.
- Cubicle Management / Logistics Management
- Support in case of any office events
- Generate MIS reports & take action for the below from the facility management software E-fit
- AMC ‘s
- Preventive Maintenance
- Inventory Management
- Help Desk
- Generate MIS reports & coordinate with Transport Executive in case of concerns from employees based on Transport Software Routematic
