Job Title: Delivery Executive TATA 1MG

Job Location: Sector 72A, Gurugram

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Salary**: ¹18,000 (Fixed + 2.5 per km (Fuel Allowance)

Working Days: 26 Days (4 Week Offs)

Operational Hours: 9 AM, 12 PM, and 2 PM

Delivery Radius: 15 Km (95% of Orders)

Delivery TAT: 2-Hour Delivery Slots

Key Responsibilities:
Pick up pharmaceutical products from Sector 72A, Gurugram and ensure timely deliveries.

âComplete a minimum of 30 deliveries per day within the assigned 15 Km radius.

Adhere to 2-hour delivery slots for all orders.

¢ Handle 50% COD orders and ensure accurate cash collection.

¢ Follow the RTO process (Return to Origin) for undelivered items after each delivery slot.

¢ Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service.

¢ Ensure compliance with health and safety standards for pharma product handling.

¢ Use a navigation app to determine the best delivery routes.

**Required Skills**:
¢ Basic understanding of navigation and route optimization.

Strong time management and punctuality.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to handle cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions accurately.

Basic knowledge of handling pharmaceutical products is a plus.

Qualifications & Eligibility:
Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass or above.

Prior experience in delivery services is preferred but not mandatory.

Must have a valid driving license and a two-wheeler.

Smartphone with internet access for order tracking and navigation.

Must be willing to work 26 days a month with 4 week-offs.

**Benefits**:
