Space Planning: Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and developing efficient and functional space plans for residential or commercial interiors. This includes determining the placement of furniture, fixtures, and other elements within the given space.

Concept Development: Generating creative design concepts and ideas based on the client's preferences, budget, and functional needs. This may involve creating mood boards, selecting color schemes, and proposing material finishes.

2D Drawings: Preparing accurate and detailed 2D drawings, floor plans, and elevation drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software. These drawings help clients visualize the proposed designs and assist contractors in executing the project.

Material and Finishes Selection: Assisting clients in selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and textures for various surfaces like walls, floors, ceilings, and furniture. This involves considering factors such as aesthetics, durability, and maintenance requirements.

Lighting Design: Collaborating with electrical consultants to develop lighting plans that enhance the ambiance and functionality of interior spaces. This includes specifying lighting fixtures, determining their placement, and creating lighting calculations.

Furniture and Fixture Specification: Selecting and specifying furniture, fixtures, fittings, and equipment (FF&E) that align with the design concept and meet the client's requirements. This involves considering factors like style, comfort, functionality, and budget.

Documentation: Creating comprehensive design documentation, including detailed drawings, schedules, and specifications, to communicate design intent to clients, contractors, and suppliers. This ensures accurate implementation of the design.

Collaboration: Working closely with architects, contractors, vendors, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure seamless coordination and execution of the design vision.

Site Visits and Inspections: Conducting site visits to monitor the progress of the project, verify adherence to design specifications, and address any design-related issues or changes that may arise during construction.

Keeping up with Trends: Staying updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies to provide clients with innovative and contemporary design solutions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
