**Position: Store Executive**

**Location**: Rai, Sonipat

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**:Maintain accurate records of inventory levels using SAP software.
Monitor and update inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and transfers.
Conduct regular stock audits to ensure data accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.

**Material Handling**:Receive incoming materials and verify against purchase orders and delivery notes.
Properly label, tag, and store materials in designated storage areas.
Issue materials based on authorized requests and ensure proper documentation.

**Storage and Organization**:Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials to prevent damage or deterioration.
Implement an organized shelving system to facilitate easy access and retrieval.
Periodically review storage conditions and recommend improvements as needed.

**SAP Expertise**:Utilize SAP software to record, track, and manage all inventory-related activities.
Generate reports and analyze data within SAP to facilitate informed decision-making.
Troubleshoot SAP-related issues and collaborate with IT support if necessary.

**Coordination**:Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to fulfill material requirements.
Communicate effectively to ensure timely availability of materials for production schedules.
Assist in coordinating regular stocktaking and reconciliation exercises.

**Documentation**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory transactions and movements.
Prepare and submit necessary reports related to inventory levels, consumption, and trends.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in any steam
- Proven experience (5 years) in inventory management and store operations.
- Proficiency in using SAP software for inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving aptitude and proactive attitude.
- Knowledge of best practices in inventory control and management.
