- 2-3 experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a reputable establishment.

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and serve a diverse range of high-quality cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages.
- Develop and innovate new drink recipes, ensuring a unique and exciting menu.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, understanding their preferences, and recommending suitable drink options.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new ingredients, and techniques to continuously enhance beverage offerings.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless integration of food and drink offerings.
- Handle cash transactions, manage inventory, and order supplies as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a reputable establishment.
- In-depth knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as drink preparation techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and work effectively with the team.
- Creative flair for developing innovative and visually appealing drink presentations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations.
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills for accurate billing and cash handling.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
