Barista and Bartender

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve coffee beverages including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and cold brews according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Mix and serve a variety of **mocktails**, fresh juices, smoothies, and other non-alcoholic drinks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar/coffee station.
- Ensure all equipment (coffee machines, blenders, juicers) are clean, functional, and properly maintained.
- Take customer orders politely and provide recommendations when needed.
- Monitor inventory of bar and coffee supplies, restock as necessary, and report shortages to management.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately when required.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in training junior baristas or beverage staff.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Barista and/or Bartender in a café or restaurant environment.
- Good knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation.
- Experience with mocktails and fresh juice preparation preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills and experience with POS systems are an advantage.
- Well-groomed with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Barista training or Beverage management (preferred)
- Prior experience in a multi-cuisine restaurant or café setting
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards (HACCP, FSSAI)

**Work Schedule**:

- Rotational shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
- Weekends and holidays as per operational requirements

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
