**Job Summary**:We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Data Entry Operator**to join our team. As a fresher, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in our databases and systems. Full training will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
- Review data for errors or missing information and correct any inconsistencies.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company information.
- Organize and manage files and records efficiently.
- Perform basic administrative tasks when required.
- Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed.
- Communicate with team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
- Good typing speed and accuracy (preferred 35-40 WPM or higher).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
