** We are looking for someone who either resides near Karol Bagh, Delhi or is able to travel there easily. **
- **Responsibilities and Duties**:_
**Office Maintenance**:
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Arrange and maintain office supplies, such as stationery, pantry items, and cleaning materials.
**Document Handling**:
- Collect, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and parcels within the office.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as needed.
**Work and Deliveries**:
- Perform official errands, such as delivering documents to other offices, banks, or clients.
- Handle small purchases, such as office supplies or snacks, from nearby stores when requested.
**Assisting Staff**:
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and snacks to employees and visitors.
- Help set up meeting rooms, including arranging chairs, projectors, and other required equipment.
**Administrative Support**:
- Assist in managing office inventory and keeping records of stock levels.
- Support the administrative team in tasks such as binding, organizing files, and maintaining office decorum.
**Guest and Visitor Management**:
- Welcome and guide visitors to the appropriate departments or staff members.
- Ensure visitors are comfortable and attended to promptly.
**Office Equipment Maintenance**:
- Ensure that office equipment, such as printers, photocopiers, and coffee machines, are in good working condition.
- Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the relevant department.
**Security Assistance**:
- Assist in opening and closing the office premises.
- Monitor the entry and exit of visitors and ensure they follow office protocols.
**Miscellaneous Tasks**:
- Carry out any other tasks or errands assigned by the management or administrative staff.
- Be flexible and ready to assist with ad-hoc tasks that may arise during the workday.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹132,000.00 per year
