- In this role, you'll be responsible for managing teams and service level targets role for P&C Insurance Business, Facilitating goal-level creation for the team in line with Business goals and works with managers to ensure the goals are cascade to all associates_
- Guiding the talent identification and development process for the team_
- You will be expected to be focused on the Business goals/challenges and know how to solve these using analytics and technology._
- Responsibilities_
- _Responsible for setting up submission cases (New business, Renewals and Amendments) for underwriters to review_
- _Premium booking in system as requested by Underwriters_
- _Prepare policy drafts and share with UW for approval_
- _Sharing final policy document with Brokers_
- _Proficient in English language - both written and verbal_
- _Responsible for handling varied volumes of workloads and reaching targets and deadlines on a timely basis_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Any Graduate (Except Tech Background)_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Any previous work experience in insurance/underwriting_
