Greetings of the day We are in urgent requirement of a "Beauty Advisor" at 'Planet Health'. **Company name**: GPSAR Healthcare Ltd. (Brands: 'Planet Health' and 'Perfect Mother') 'Planet Health', founded in 2001, is among the pioneering specialty chain of pharmacy and wellness stores that has brought about a paradigm shift in the way drugs and wellness products are sold in India. Apart from providing world-class shopping ambience and experience, Planet Health stores offer the triple advantage of genuine products that have been (a) sourced from original manufacturers or their authorized channel partners, (b) stored as directed and (c) dispensed by qualified, licensed pharmacists. Planet Health, presently operates a chain of 42 stores across Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Anand and Vadodara in Gujarat and Also in Pali-Hill Mumbai. **Responsibilities**: - Greet customers upon their arrival. - Demonstrate proper use of Beauty Products and all the preferred Products. - Cross-sell beauty products, when appropriate (e.g. serums, body lotions and hair care products). - Identify customer needs and recommend cosmetics and skin care products based on their preferences. - Help clients find products they’re looking for in our store. - Ensure proper presentation of products on shelves. - Explain to customers how to use products they’re interested in buying. - Advise customers on how to take care of their skin, hair and more related to beauty. - Inform customers on prices and special offers. - Replenish stock as needed. **Skills Required**: - **Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor or similar role will be an advantage.** - Customer service experience in retail stores. - Extensive knowledge of beauty, hair care and skin care products. - Understanding of which products suit different skin types. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to remain calm and pleasant during peak hours. - High school diploma - Additional education in Cosmetology or relevant field is a plus **Interview Location**: Planet Health,Sagar Building, Opp. Ahmedabad Stock exchange, Panjrapole Cross roads, (Near to Honest restaurant) Ambawadi, Ahmedabad **Interview Timings: 10.00 AM - 1.00 PM OR 2:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Mon-Fri)** If interested, kindly confirm if you are available for personal interview.
