We are a newly opened café that celebrates the bold, flavorful, and exciting tastes of Indian street food. Specializing in chaat, we offer a range of sweet, spicy, and tangy treats that are loved by all. We are looking for an experienced **Chaat Maker** to join our team and help us serve the best chaat in town

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of chaat items, including Pani Puri, Bhel Puri, Aloo Tikki Chaat, Dahi Puri, and more.
- Ensure each chaat dish is made to order with the right balance of flavors, textures, and garnishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the chaat station.
- Stay up to date on the latest chaat trends, and contribute ideas for new menu items.
- Prepare chutneys, masalas, and fillings to be used in chaat dishes.
- Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in every dish.
- Interact with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their chaat experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in making a variety of chaat items in a professional kitchen or café.
- Strong knowledge of chaat ingredients, chutneys, and garnishes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- Creative with the ability to create new and exciting chaat variations.
- Excellent attention to detail in presentation and taste.
- Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
