**Responsibilities**:

- Provide nursing services to employees in an industrial setting, ensuring their health and safety.
- Assist in emergency first aid and medical response.
- Monitor employee health through regular check-ups and reporting.
- Administer medications, injections, and other treatments as prescribed by a doctor.
- Assist with occupational health screenings and wellness programs.
- Maintain accurate health records for all employees.
- Conduct safety training sessions, emphasizing health and safety measures in the workplace.
- Coordinate with external medical services in case of emergencies.
- Manage work-related injuries, ensuring proper documentation and timely follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institute.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience as a staff nurse, preferably in an industrial or corporate setting.
- **Skills**:

- Ability to handle emergencies and provide first aid.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of industrial health & safety protocols.
- Compassionate, responsible, and proactive in patient care.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
