**Job Title**: Field Supervisor - Outdoor Advertising

**Salary**: 25k to 40k

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a Field Supervisor with prior experience in **Outdoor Advertising** to manage the **complete execution of hoarding projects** — including **civil, structural, and electrical work**. This role requires hands-on supervision across all phases of installation, coordination with HO teams, vendors, and ensuring timely handover to the Media Planning team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise **hoarding installations** including RCC foundation, MS structure, welding, erection, and electrical wiring.
- Manage **electrical work** for hoardings - including lighting, cabling, switchboards, and load safety.
- Conduct **site surveys**, check for feasibility (civil & electrical), and submit reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Fabrication, Media Planning) and external vendors.
- Oversee all **on-site civil and electrical activities** as per design and safety protocols.
- Ensure proper **installation of lighting systems, timer switches, junction boxes**, and safe power connections.
- Travel across **Telangana & Andhra Pradesh** to monitor and execute installations.
- Communicate regularly with the Head Office team regarding project progress, material requirements, and site status.
- Maintain work records, site logs, safety checklists, and handover documentation.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **3 to 5+ years of experience** in Outdoor Advertising field work (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of:

- Hoarding structures, MS fabrication, RCC base work.
- Basic electrical systems: wiring, lighting, load handling, and safety.
- Ability to read and execute civil and electrical layout drawings.
- Familiar with tools, machinery, safety gear, and on-site risk management.
- Willing to travel extensively across different city and highway locations.
- Strong communication and team leadership skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree (preferred, not mandatory).
- Experience working on **lit hoardings, LED boards, digital unipoles, or gantries**.
- Knowledge of electrical load calculation, MCBs, grounding/earthing systems is a plus.
- Valid driving license preferred.
