**About Us**:We are an International school based in Trivandrum, Kerala, catering to students from 2 to 9 years of age. We follow a progressive pedagogy, incorporating Inquiry based, Experiential, and Project based approaches. We have two branches, one in Vellayambalam and the other in Arasumoodu near Technopark.

We are looking for a creative, resourceful, and proactive Media and Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role will involve capturing, archiving, and leveraging media to engage our stakeholders, communicate our school's unique value, and extend our reach in the community.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Media Planning and Management**: Understand the upcoming activities in the school, and plan how to best capture these moments in accordance with the diverse interests of our stakeholders.

**Content Creation**: Create compelling and engaging media content for various platforms, tailored to our distinct audience groups. This includes content for current parents through channels like WhatsApp, and for potential parents through wider social media platforms.

**Strategy Development**: Develop and implement effective strategies to communicate the school's values, pedagogy, and success stories through various media channels.

**Engagement**: Monitor and engage with the community through our media platforms, responding to comments, queries, and feedback.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
A Bachelor's degree in Media, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.

Proven experience in media management and social media engagement.

Proficiency in spoken English is a must.

Excellent understanding of different media platforms and content creation tailored to these platforms.

Strong understanding of the media requirements and sensitivities of different stakeholders.

Exceptional planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A creative mindset, with the ability to think out-of-the-box and produce engaging content.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
