Maintenance Technician

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including wiring, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with local codes and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with general contractors and other construction professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
- Read and interpret blueprints and building plans to determine the layout and installation of electrical systems.
- Respond to electrical emergencies, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all electrical work.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of services rendered.
